The module Recalls by manufacturers
Car manufacturers and importers often start their recalls one after the other, with independent garages in particular being only poorly informed or not at all.
With our module you won't miss any recalls by manufacturers!
In the module “Recalls by manufacturers” all vehicles affected by recalls are linked with the TecDoc master data. This ensures that when a garage calls up a vehicle, an up-to-date message appears in the system immediately and shows if there is a current recall.
For each repair or service work a garage has to assume product liability. Therefore it is their duty to inform the customer about upcoming recalls by manufacturers.
Our module “Recalls by manufacturers” gives workshop staff the possibility to print out a report on a current recall and submit it to the customer for signature. Thus the garage fulfils its duty.
